Cancellation Policy

DELIVERABLES • Client will receive 10 digital photographs with basic editing. • Final edited photos will be delivered within 1-2 weeks after the photo session. • Delivery will be made via digital download unless otherwise agreed. COPYRIGHT & USAGE • All images remain the exclusive property of Shielondria Parker/SP Boutique Photography Studio. • The Client is granted personal use rights only—images may be printed or shared for personal, or commercial purposes. • The Photographer retains full copyright ownership and may use images for portfolio display, website, advertising, social media, and other marketing purposes. • Client may not sell or alter images without written consent from the Photographer. PAYMENT TERMS • A non-refundable deposit of $105.00 is required to secure the booking date. • The remaining balance of $105.00 is due on or before the session date. • Payments may be made by cash, credit, or CashApp ($SPBoutiquePStudio). CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING • If the Client cancels the session, the deposit is forfeited. • The Photographer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule in the event of illness, emergency, or weather conditions. • If the Photographer must cancel, all payments will be refunded, including the deposit. LIABILITY • The Photographer will take reasonable care in the performance of services but is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control (e.g., weather, accidents, or client lateness). • In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or loss of images, the Photographer’s liability shall be limited to a full refund of all payments received.
